20 years ago, I took a risk and began my own graphic design business (June 10, 1993). I did so with the idea that I’d be able to make more money, work fewer hours and have the time and resources for my own creative pursuits. What I didn’t anticipate was how busy I would become as a graphic designer! I’m truly grateful for my success as a designer and hope to remain so for many years to come. To commemorate 20 years of Orange Star Design, I’ve created a limited edition poster, copies of which I gave as gifts to clients, vendors, colleagues, and friends who have been essential to my success. 20 years is a long time, and it has given me cause to reflect. The main thing I did not accomplish in those 20 years is really getting my own artwork out there. So here I go, better late than never — putting it out there. For those of that you only know me as a designer, I’m also an avid photographer and mixed media artist and hope that you will take some time to browse my work, share it with others, and connect with me and let me know what you think.
