Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
We provide global shipping for all prints to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.
Orders are dispatched within 5 days and would thereafter arrive within 1-2 weeks to North America. and in 2-3 weeks to UK or Europe. Other destinations may vary (please allow up to four weeks).
You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route, via USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Returns on damaged or lost artwork
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost.
In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).
Customs
Customers may have to pay a customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.
Original art Refund policy
We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at jodi@orangestar.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping costs
You are responsible for shipping costs unless you are returning an item because it was defective or it wasn’t the item you ordered (in which case we would pay for shipping).
